Allison gets substitute teachers: With a degree from NWMSU in elementary and early childhood education – and a couple of years in front of the classroom herself – she understands the demands (and the incredible passion) of teachers. After working as a teacher and classroom paraprofessional in various Kansas City area districts, Allison joined the Education team as a staffing specialist.

Not one to be sidetracked from her goals, Allison is as hard-working as she is cheerful, bringing a breath of fresh air to the team—even in the early mornings to fill last-minute assignments. Building strong partnerships with school districts and recruiting talented substitute teachers who make a difference for local children are what drive Allison’s passion for her role at Morgan Hunter.

As a devoted mother of three young boys (and therefore a Disney aficionado), Allison is a family-oriented and caring individual. She nurtures her inner travel bug and has traveled to both London and Paris twice, with plans for additional destinations in the future.
