Nicki believes in getting to know the substitute teachers she works with—not just placing them in any school, but finding them a classroom she knows will be a great fit. Her meticulous attention to detail and superhuman organizational skills make her prepared to meet any challenge head-on, and she’s devoted to the success of her team and the clients with whom she works.
Nicki earned a degree in office administration from West Virginia State University and has prior experience as an elementary school secretary, which means she knows the day-to-day demands of a school setting inside and out. She knows how important substitute teachers are for Kansas City schools and what qualifications make for a successful partnership.
Outside of Morgan Hunter, Nicki likes to feed her adventurous side with kayaking and white-water rafting, and she and her husband, Jason, also enjoy spending time with their two grown children.
